Lady Tigers Face Midway Middle School
The 7A Lady Tigers took the court on Thursday, October 10, at South Belton Middle School to face a strong Midway Middle School team. Midway came out strong in the opening set, and while the Lady Tigers struggled to find their rhythm early, they continued to compete with effort and heart until the end. The set ended 25–2 in favor of Midway.
In the second set, the Lady Tigers worked together to communicate better, stay aggressive at the net, and fight for each point. Their resilience showed as they battled through long rallies and finished the set 25–5.
Even in a tough matchup, the Lady Tigers continued to show resilience and a desire to improve. They’re learning to push through challenges and grow stronger as both teammates and competitors. The effort and attitude they bring to each game will continue to pay off as the season goes on. Our next game is at South Belton Middle School this Thursday at 5:30pm against S.C Lee.
