The South Belton Lady Tigers had their final home game of the season vs SC Lee. These ladies came out to play for home finale. Playing their best volleyball of the season.
South started the first set a little slow, but found their grove as the set went on. Winning the first set 25-13. They continued their strong serving into the second set. Winning the second set 25-18. Improving their overall record to 4-3 on the season.
Emily Faglie-Martinez led the team with 11 service points. She was followed by Aleena Chavez-Bustos with seven points off of serves. Jade Cruz played well at libero and contributed six points from serves. Harper Demontigny played well at the net, and had four service points. Arianna Guzman and Bekah Martinez finished the night with two service points a piece. Aidelyn Macias played well in the back row. Camila Estrada had a strong night setting. Yanilen Olivares, Kinsley Caswell, Avery Hoffman, and Grace Perez were strong at the net.
The South Belton Lady Tigers will be back in action for their final regular season game against Cove Junior High, as they make a final push into the district tournament.
