The South Belton Lady Tigers traveled to Lake Belton Middle School to take on their cross town rival Lady Broncos. South scored the open bucket of the game giving them an early lead in the first quarter. Unfortunately Lake was able to counter and came away with the win. This was the best offensive game of the year for South. Leading the team in scoring was Kellie Gonzalez with four points. Followed by Annabelle Marie and London Buchanan with two points a piece. Yaneza Ortiz-Henderson finished the night with one point, and had a strong night bringing the ball up the court.
The Lady Tigers will be back in action on Thursday, December 18th at home verse River Valley. Lets pack the stands in support of our South Belton Lady Tigers.
