?? 7B Lady Tigers Take on Lake Belton

The 7B Lady Tigers took the court Thursday night against the Lake Belton Middle School Tigers in a challenging matchup that gave South Belton another opportunity to learn and grow.

In the opening set, the Lady Tigers worked to find their rhythm while battling a strong Lake Belton team. South Belton continued to compete through each rotation, but Lake Belton’s consistent play allowed them to take the first set 25–9.

The Lady Tigers returned for the second set determined to keep fighting. They continued working on communication, positioning, and playing together despite Lake Belton maintaining the pressure. South Belton stayed in the fight until the final point, with Lake Belton taking the second set 25–8.

While the scoreboard did not go our way, matches like this are an important part of becoming a better team. The Lady Tigers are learning that growth comes from being challenged, making adjustments, and continuing to compete even when things get tough.
