SOUTH 7A @ BMS

Lady Tigers Continue to Battle and Grow

The 7th Grade A Lady Tigers battled hard against BMS, continuing to show growth and determination throughout the match. South competed through both sets and had several strong stretches from the service line.

Maddie Hutton helped set the tone with a strong serving run, including 7 straight points in Set 2. Bella Hinojos also provided a big spark from behind the line, putting together a 5-point serving run in Set 1. Maggie Rodriguez, Annabell De Avila, Addison Bass, Madison Stauffer all contributed as the Lady Tigers worked to keep pressure on BMS.

At the net, Ja’Liya Rodriguez, Zuri McAlister, and Madisyn Sarinana continued to provide front-row support, while the back row worked to keep rallies alive and give South opportunities to attack. The Lady Tigers continued focusing on communication, controlling the first pass, and staying in system.

Although South came up short, the team continued to fight and showed several positive moments to build on. The Lady Tigers will get back to work and continue learning, growing, and competing together! ????
