The South Belton 7A Lady Tigers traveled to Cove to take on the Lady Cougars from SC Lee. Analysha Moaga opened the game scoring on her first serve. After that Lee was able to make a run that South was not able to come back from. The Lady Tigers lost the first set 15-25. Esmeralda Alvarado had scored four service points, and Paisley Davis had three.
SC Lee took an early lead in the second butSouth battled back. The middle of the set went back and forth between both teams. Unfortunately Lee was able to come away with the win 15-25. Gelissa Nelson, Sirin Bookhao, Moaga, and Davis each had one serving point a piece.
The South Belton Lady Tigers will be back in action on Wednesday, September 12 at Belton High School to take on the Lady Tigers of Belton Middle School. Come on out and support these young ladies.
