The 8th grade B Lady Tigers started the first set strong breaking serve receive right away. Ayla Wakershause served seven points in a row securing the lead for the Lady Tigers. Sarah Kirkland added three points to that lead. The Lady Tigers fell short 19-25 due to struggles with serve receive. Going into the second set the lady tigers started strong with Isabella Trevino securing a six point lead from serving for the girls. Mia Staley helped gain a bigger lead securing four more points from serving. The girls fell short 22-25, but they fought until the end.
We are excited about improving throughout the season and are looking forward to our game against Lake Belton Middle School Thursday, September 19th at LBMS.
