7B MIDDLE SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT RESULTS

The 7B Lady Tigers participated in the BISD Middle School Tournament last Saturday at Lake Belton High School. The Lady Tigers matched up in the first game with a familiar foe, the Lady Broncos of Lake Middle School. The Lady Tigers fought hard in a 25-17 loss with their best performance against the Lady Broncos; yet fell short in the second game with a 25-7 loss. The Lady Tigers played the Temple Bonham Lady Bulldogs in their final contest of day for the third-place trophy. The Lady Tigers lost a close first game 19-25 and came back to win the second game 25-22. The third quickly slipped away from the Lady Tigers after a Bonham player ripped off six straight serves to result in a 7-15 win for the Lady Bulldogs. Paisley Wright, Lizabeth Perez, Aliyah Tyler, Rebekah Martinez and Arianna Guzman continued to make contributions to the Lady Tiger efforts.
