SBMS 7B VS NBMS

Thursday night, the Lady Tigers of South Belton returned to the court to face the crosstown rivals, the Lady Broncos of North Belton. The Lady Tigers raced out to a 11-8 lead only to have the lead quickly disappear after a couple of Lady Broncos heated up the court with their serves. Harper Demontigny, Abigail King, Arianna Guzman and Abigail Munden all made contributions in the 13-25 loss. The Lady Tigers rebounded with a great effort in the second with Lily Higley, Rebekah Martinez and Adrianna Gonzalez contributing with hot hands on their serves. Aidelyn Macias and Grace Perez pitched in with tremendous play at the net; however, the Lady Broncos pulled out a narrow 19-25 win.
