The South Belton Lady Tigers hosted their crosstown rivals, the Lady Broncos from North Belton. The two teams battled early on, but North was able to slowly pull away. Coming away with a 17-25 win. North came out hot early in the second set, but South was able to rally. Unfortunately South was not able to come away with a second set victory, loosing 19-25. Sirin Bookhao led the team in service points with five. She was followed Arianna Dickerson with two. Analysha Moaga, Amilya Mitchell, Paisley Davis, Gelissa Nelson, and Esmeralda Alvarado each contributed one service point a piece.
The Lady Tigers will be back in action when they travel to Temple to take on the Lady Mustangs from Travis Science Academy. They will be playing on Thursday, October 17 at 7:00 pm.
