SBMS 7B VS TRAVIS

The 7B Lady Tigers took to the court Thursday night against their rivals from across I-35 the Travis Middle School Lady Mustangs. The Lady Tigers put together solid back-to-back performances for the first time this year. The Lady Mustangs escaped with a narrow 20-25 victory in the first game. Harper Demontigny, Lily Higley, Adrianna Gonzalez, Abigail Munden and Aleena Chavez-Bustos lit up the scoreboard with their serves throughout the night. The second game bounced back and forth until the end when the Lady Mustangs went on a final run to secure the 19-25 win. Peyton Valdez, Paisley Wright and Aliyah Tyler played exceptional games at the net to keep the Lady Tigers close. Next Monday night, the Lady Tigers will return to the court to close out the season against the Cove Lady Bullpups at home.
