SBMS VS RIVER VALLEY

The 8B Lady Tigers of South Belton traveled north Thursday night to meet the River Valley Pantherettes on the court. In the first game of district play for the 8B Lady Tigers, the first half developed into a defensive battle with both teams defending the rim. Mariah Johnson-Robert’s led the defensive effort with multiple steals and a blocked shot. Natalie Mott took the lead on the offensive side of the ball with six points.The depth of the Pantherettes bench pushed them ahead at the end and secured the 6-19 win. Kimberly Orona, Makayla Allen and Ayla Wakershauser all contributed to the effort. The Lady Tigers look forward to battling the SC Lee Lady Bulldogs at South Belton MS on 12/09/24.
