The South Belton Lady Tigers hosted the Lady Mustangs from Travis Science Academy for their final home game of the year. This was their best offensive game of the year, scoring 20 points on the night. Even though the Lady Tigers played tough all night they were not able to secure the win. Kendyl Walker-Espino played the majority of the game with limited rest. Camila Estrada played multiple positions with minimal rest. Sofia Retana had her best night of the season in the paint. Lizbeth Guzman-Perez and Evelyn Rodas played strong defense throughout the night. Coming off the bench and leading the team in scoring was Harper Crawford with seven points. Paisley Davis and Gelissa Nelson each contributed five points a piece. Isabella Capers and Estrada finished the night with two point each.
The Lady Tigers will be action on Monday, January 27th as they take on their cross town rivals from North. Lets pack the stands with Tigers fans!
